Privacy And Payment Policies

1. Subscription Fees

• Nursery subscription fees are paid on a monthly basis.

• The due date is determined by your child’s starting date.

2. Late Payment Policy

• A grace period of 3 working days is granted from the due date.

a. Penalty Fees

• If payment is not received within the grace period, a late fee will be applied:

  • LE 300 per day during the first week of delay.

b. Suspension of Attendance

• If payment remains unpaid:

  • Your child will not be permitted to attend the nursery.

  • We cannot guarantee that your child’s place will be reserved, as there is a waiting list.

3. Attendance and Refund Policy

1. Fees are non-refundable if the child does not attend.

2. If the child attends for only part of the month, fees cannot be refunded or transferred to the following month.

4. Cancellation, Freezing, and Travel Policy

If you intend to cancel, freeze, or travel abroad, please review the following carefully:

a. Subscription Cancellation

• A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required.

b. Subscription Freeze

• Your child’s place will be reserved for two weeks, provided the full monthly fee has been paid.

• Freezing is permitted once per year only.

c. Travel Abroad

• A one-month grace period is granted, provided the full monthly fee has been paid to secure your child’s place.

• If the child returns earlier (e.g., after one week), payment for the returned period is required to maintain the original due date.

5. Extra Hours and Late Pick-Up Fees

a. Extra Hour Service (4:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

• Monthly fee: LE 2,000

• After 5:00 PM: LE 150 per day

b. Late Pick-Up

• A grace period of 10 minutes is granted.

• After the grace period, an hourly rate of LE 150 will be charged.

6. Admission and Registration Fee

• Registration fee: LE 800 (one-time payment)

• This fee is non-refundable
